Unearthed (2007) - Movie Review
To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The time I left a Tijuana bar shitfaced with a hooker showcasing an Adams apple bigger than mine led to a night full of disappointment. But at least the hooker still had two out of the three holes I was looking to pay for the use of. “Dead and Breakfast” didn’t have anything to offer me other than fond memories of the films it blatantly rapes during its eighty-eight minute run time.
Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2007)
For the past several months, three films have had their names connected with bringing independent horror to the masses. These reportedly “groundbreaking” films and filmmakers are supposedly going to disassemble the sad state of modern horror that seems to revolve around the now gluttonous “Saw” franchise. Hopefully, the forthcoming “Black Sheep” and “Hatchet” will be able to do it alone, because “Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon” isn’t up to the task.
Malevolence Sequel
It seems our great pals over at Dread Central dug up a little news about a Malevolence sequel this weekend at The Fangoria Weekend of Horrors in NJ.
