Natalie Portman – Suspiria, Mars Attacks, V for Vendetta, Star Wars
With controversy recently swirling around whether she will star in the upcoming remake of Dario Argento’s landmark of horror Suspiria or not, I find myself fantasizing about how awesome it would be to finally see the beautiful and talented Natalie Portman in a horror movie. (I guess I could have just shortened that to “I find myself fantasizing about Natalie Portman.”)
“I’m not going to say my greatest cinematic moment was as Taffy in Mars Attacks!” But I got to hang out with Tim Burton, and Jack Nicholson tried to teach me how to whistle.” (He failed.)
One thing that makes Natalie Portman one of my favorite babes is the fact that she stars in geeky stuff. That turns all us geeks on. We love the fact that she is the starlet of V for Vendetta, the movie version of the graphic novel masterpiece
by the same name. We love the fact that she was in the Star Wars
movies. That makes her more attractive to us than, say, your average swimsuit model. Sheesh. Geeks.
