Since Saw IV mania has hit the Internet, and we never get any cool pictures or clips from the studios, we are doing what Horror Yearbook does best…acting sleazy. So here is the first of of our “Women of Saw Naked: Betsy Russell” who played Jill (whoever that is) in Saw III & Saw IV. Over 18 only!
